About The Position
Pepsi MidAmerica, a proud family-owned company with over 85 years of community roots, is growing! We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Paducah, KY.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong communication and people skills
- Familiarity with social media and networking for recruiting
- Understanding of basic HR practices and employment laws
Nice To Haves
- Sales or interviewing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the hiring process from start to finish
- Partner with managers to fill open roles
- Post jobs, review applications, and conduct interviews
- Find candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Attend job fairs and help host hiring events
- Support both HR and Sales teams with recruiting and administrative tasks
