Your Role Sourcing Expert: You'll hunt down prospective candidates like a pro, especially those with advertising or experiential marketing background. LinkedIn & Indeed is your playground, and you know all the best online hangouts for top talent. Recruitment Lifecycle: You'll own the full cycle, from collaborating with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the role to guiding candidates through the offer negotiation. Quick as a Flash (with quality!): You're committed to a 6-week average time-to-fill, using your project management skills to keep the process moving smoothly. No ghosting here—just excellent communication! Culture Connector: You'll partner with local Talent Managers to ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience, always maintaining a friendly and approachable style that shows candidates why we're the best.
