About The Position
Direct Hire Looking for a new career? Are you a people person who enjoys helping others? We are seeking an agency recruiter who is comfortable with technology, social media, and a fast-paced environment.The position is located in Green Cove Springs. Starting pay is $18+ per hour, depending on experience. Plus monthly bonus. This is a drug-free workplace. All candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and submit to a national background check.
Requirements

- strong organizational and planning skills
- a high level of integrity and pride in their work
- bilingual Spanish-English is an asset
- must be able to work 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen and place candidates on client sites
- Assist clients by finding the right match through effective recruiting, interviewing, and coaching
- Skill market top candidates to companies with a need for the individual’s skills and abilities
- Deliver a quality experience for clients and candidates through superior service and communication
