About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter to specialize in supporting a key client's business needs. This role involves understanding talent, helping others develop, and connecting their skills to meaningful work. The Recruiter will utilize strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to manage all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients. This is a high-volume, virtual, W2 contract position focused on recruiting skilled trades within a manufacturer for multiple locations.

Requirements

3+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for skilled trades positions within a manufacturer
Experience managing a req load of 50+ requisitions
Experience recruiting for different locations simultaneously
High school diploma or equivalent
