About The Position

As a Recruiter on our Activations Talent team, you will be the engine behind our national sales growth. You are a high-energy, results-driven professional responsible for sourcing and securing the top-tier sales talent that introduces Neo to Canadians every day. You’ll focus on high-volume recruitment for Sales Representatives and Mall Leads, ensuring our funnels are full and our hiring managers are supported. Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume sales roles across Canada, from initial sourcing to the candidate's first day.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the nuances of local markets and specific team needs, ensuring your sourcing efforts align with business goals.
  • Act as the face of Neo. You’ll manage the candidate experience with urgency and transparency, ensuring every applicant—regardless of the outcome—has a professional and positive journey.
  • Review high volumes of applications, conduct screens, and coordinate interviews with speed and precision.
  • Attend career fairs, host events, and leverage social media (LinkedIn) and partner institutions to find "the diamonds in the rough."
  • Maintain flawless records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), using data to track your progress and optimize your workflow.
