Requirements

  • Previous recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Passion for people, talent development, and delivering exceptional hiring experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for operational, management, and leadership roles.
  • Maintain active candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels including ADP, Indeed, LinkedIn, Whistler Job Board, social media, and community networks.
  • Conduct candidate screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure priority positions are filled efficiently and within established timelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the Director of People & Culture to define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Contribute to reducing early turnover through effective candidate assessment and selection practices.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pools for both operational and leadership roles.
  • Utilize passive sourcing, Boolean search techniques, networking, and community outreach.
  • Track and manage prospective candidates for future opportunities.
  • Present talent pipeline updates and sourcing activity during weekly People & Culture meetings.
  • Support and represent the company at internal and external hiring fairs.
  • Assist with seasonal hiring initiatives and welcome-week activations.
  • Maintain and update company recruiting content across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Support co-op and internship recruitment initiatives as required.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Ensure timely communication and closure with all candidates.
  • Maintain structured hiring processes including interview guides, scorecards, reference checks, and reporting requirements.
  • Promote consistency and best practices across all hiring activities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment scorecards and reporting.
  • Analyze sourcing effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize hiring outcomes and efficiency.
