Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

AurorDenver, CO
$79,000 - $102,000

About The Position

Auror is seeking a Recruiter for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position offers the opportunity to own end-to-end hiring across multiple geographic markets, with a strong focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles such as sales, marketing, and customer success, and the possibility to expand into operations and product/engineering hiring. The role involves shaping hiring processes and candidate experiences, working closely with a strategic People Experience team. The Recruiter will be instrumental in ensuring top talent joins Auror, directly impacting the company's mission to reduce violent retail crime by 50% in 5 years. The role requires a proactive individual who can identify and fix process issues before they arise. The Recruiter will report to the Senior Director of Talent and People Experience and will have significant ownership from the start. Auror is committed to responsible AI integration and encourages curiosity about its application in all roles.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, owning the full process from sourcing to close
  • A GTM lens: understanding what strong looks like in sales, marketing, and customer success roles, and knowing how to assess for it
  • High agency: identifying what needs to be done and doing it without waiting for perfect clarity or a nudge
  • Strong stakeholder skills: being organized, honest, and following through to build trust with hiring managers
  • A genuine eye for candidate experience and employer brand; caring about the impression Auror leaves
  • Comfortable working at pace with ambiguity; adapting quickly and not needing everything defined before starting
  • Alignment to Auror's Guiding Principles

  • Supporting on talent projects such as EVP development, careers site improvements, recruiting events, and process enhancements, and proactively taking them on
