Recruiters define, develop, plan, and implement strategies to provide a qualified candidate pool resulting in the hiring of motivated and qualified individuals. Recruiters manage the process to hire talented and skilled individuals for Costco by effectively researching, collecting, and maintaining information for all posted positions (internal/external). Recruiters lead recruitment efforts and work closely with hiring managers to enable effective talent acquisition strategies. They manage recruitment processes for a diverse number of positions, facilitate recruitment events, manage job postings and social media, review candidates, conduct screenings, deliver candidate feedback, and participate in and/or lead other recruitment projects (IT Intern Program, Employee Referral Program, engagement initiatives, etc.).
