Southern National Roofing is growing fast and hiring recruiters to help find their next wave of sales talent. This is a high-volume phone job where you will spend your day calling pre-screened applicants and booking them for interviews. If you enjoy talking to people, competing, and getting paid for your effort, this role is a good fit. No recruiting experience is needed as training and process are provided. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Comfortable on the phone and not afraid to dial
• Competitive and motivated by goals
• Reliable, organized, coachable
• Ready to work in-office, full-time

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required
