The Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter plays a critical role in building Intapp's go-to-market organization. This role involves partnering with GTM leaders to source, screen, and hire top talent for sales, solutions consulting, and account management. The work directly impacts Intapp's revenue engine, as the people hired will drive client acquisition, deepen firm relationships, and expand market presence across legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking, and real assets verticals. The day-to-day responsibilities blend hands-on recruiting with strategic partnership, including managing full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, building pipelines using multiple sourcing channels, conducting screen calls and interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, track metrics, adapt sourcing strategies to fill pipeline gaps, and maintain a bias toward speed and quality.
