About The Position

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter plays a critical role in building Intapp's go-to-market organization. This role involves partnering with GTM leaders to source, screen, and hire top talent for sales, solutions consulting, and account management. The work directly impacts Intapp's revenue engine, as the people hired will drive client acquisition, deepen firm relationships, and expand market presence across legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking, and real assets verticals. The day-to-day responsibilities blend hands-on recruiting with strategic partnership, including managing full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, building pipelines using multiple sourcing channels, conducting screen calls and interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, track metrics, adapt sourcing strategies to fill pipeline gaps, and maintain a bias toward speed and quality. The ideal candidate will bring recruiting expertise, relationship-building skills, communication finesse, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 10 -12 years of sales talent acquisition/recruiting experience required
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using resume database tools (preferably LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (preferably Workday)
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates initiative and eagerness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Prior full life cycle recruiting in a disruptive technology (SaaS) company
  • Experience of recruiting in the alternative financial and professional service industries

Responsibilities

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending offers, and initiating the on-boarding process
  • Source passive candidates using proactive recruiting methods for open positions while building a pipeline of talent for future needs
  • Partner with GTM leadership and hiring managers to understand open roles, refine job descriptions, define hiring criteria, align on timeline, and troubleshoot pipeline gaps with targeted sourcing strategies
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the Intapp brand is well represented
  • Proactively manage interview feedback and decision-making to ensure timely hiring outcomes
  • Quickly ramp on new business areas, translating hiring needs into actionable talent strategies
  • Maintain company’s ATS (workday/hireEZ) by updating candidate and requisition statuses
  • Perform general administrative functions, such as, creating and updating recruiting forms, job descriptions, recruiting templates, and activity reports
  • Provide backup to other recruiters as needed
