About The Position
LearnTastic is a fast-growing online education platform providing accredited continuing-education and compliance courses for professionals across industries—from healthcare and construction to HR and education. With more than 1,000 courses and over a million learners served, LearnTastic is redefining accessible, self-paced learning. Our mission is to make professional development simple, engaging, and impactful—anytime, anywhere. We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across multiple departments.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and development
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals
- Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring team throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience
