About The Position
The Recruiter partners with the business to source and assess talent for Gartner. The role supports assigned business units by identifying and matching candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions, building relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, using multiple recruiting sources and innovative sourcing strategies, and working with a database to source and track candidates. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and achievements of associates.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
- A consistent track record of success in a metrics- or goal-based talent acquisition setting.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Determination and a focus on delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned business units.
- Develop an understanding of search profiles by forming and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
- Use knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
- Use a database to source and track candidates.
