Under the direction of the Manager of Staffing and Compensation, the Recruiter is responsible for supporting all staffing and recruitment initiatives with the HR department, including sourcing, tracking, and establishing a ready pipeline of candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions using available resources such as LinkedIn, Career Builder, Indeed, job fairs, employee referral programs, etc.; scheduling interviews, collecting candidate documents, and submitting candidates for background screening. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator will also provide backup support for new hire orientation and assist with maintaining new hire and termination files, preparing documentation for exiting employees, administrating the post onboarding survey and analyzing data, and maintaining and updating various reports. This position is located in Milpitas, California. The annual rate for this full-time position is between $120,819.00-177,675.00 + benefits. Within the range the individual pay may differ depending on additional factors including job responsibilities, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience. The annual pay range shown is subject to change and may be modified periodically.
