About The Position
Wiese USA, a leading dealer of Cat® Lift Trucks, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their corporate team in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing exceptional candidates for branch teams across over 25 states. The company has a long history, over 80 years, in the material handling equipment and warehouse management solutions industry.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Proven success with cold calling and sourcing potential candidates.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, various job boards, various social media).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to enthusiastically promote the company to potential employees.
- Ability to work on-site in Olivette, MO (near I-170 and Olive).
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates who fit the company culture for various roles including mechanics, sales, and senior level managers.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Consult with hiring managers to recommend candidates and discuss potential compensation packages.
- Provide candidates with information about the company, its culture, and benefits.
- Cold call and source potential candidates for branch teams.
