About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. The position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, leading a team of recruiters, and utilizing data analytics to improve recruitment effectiveness. A key aspect of the role is building a strong employer brand and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The recruiter will also ensure compliance with labor laws and collaborate on succession planning and internal mobility. Representation at external events is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a passion for candidate experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and knowledge of U.S Construction and / or Real Estate Development sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent planning and role requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build a strong employer brand through targeted outreach, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies during all hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university engagements.
