About The Position

K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC is seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter / Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and make sound hiring recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online recruiting platforms.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members and clients.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms.
  • Source candidates through various recruiting channels, including online databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Screen, assess, and vet applicants to determine qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Verify employment history, references, skills, and other candidate credentials as required.
  • Present qualified candidates and submit resumes to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client companies.
  • Provide updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold company professionalism at all times.
  • Meet recruiting goals, placement targets, and client expectations.
