CoreWeave is seeking a senior full-cycle recruiter to manage searches across Sales, GTM (Pre/Post Sales - Solutions Architect roles), with secondary coverage for G&A roles (Marketing, Legal, People Ops, IT, Procurement, Executive Support) as bandwidth allows. The role involves partnering with senior leaders to develop hiring plans, execute efficient recruiting processes, and deliver strong, vetted pipelines within tight timelines. The recruiter will own the full-cycle hiring process for GTM and Biz/Ops roles, including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy, and closing. They will also support G&A requisitions, building pipelines and running structured processes for Finance, Legal, People Ops, and Executive Support. Key responsibilities include advising hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality, while ensuring structured and fair processes that enhance pass-through quality. Success requires a data-driven approach, championing candidate experience, cross-functional collaboration with People Ops/HRBPs, Finance, and Legal, and continuous improvement of recruiting tools, process quality, and market intelligence.
