About The Position

The Opportunity: As a Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates, building t rus ted relationships that enable a consistently successful, end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, mission priorities, and workforce needs of the client groups supported, as well as current labor-market dynamics within targeted talent pools. You will provide data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection to secure top-tier talent. You will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through so cia l networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. You will ensure all recruiting activities and deliverables comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies , maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Requirements

6+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
2+ years of experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment activity for clients in the federal government space
2+ years of experience with Workday systems
Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and so cia l recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Bachelor's degree
