This role is responsible for organizing and supporting internal and external recruitment efforts to attract diverse talent to meet staffing goals across multiple departments. The Recruiter will develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, ensuring a complete understanding of company/department structure and hiring needs to maximize the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Regular follow-up with Hiring Managers and candidates is expected to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process. The position involves developing and implementing search strategies using various resources, reviewing applications, assessing candidates, and providing guidance on recruitment processes and interviewing to Hiring Managers. The Recruiter will also administer testing, present qualified candidates, develop pre-screening and interview questions, coordinate interview schedules, and gather feedback from the interview team. Additionally, this role initiates the onboarding and promotion/transfer processes, provides status feedback and career pathing to internal candidates, and ensures internal promotions occur with minimal disruption. Maintaining applicant data in the applicant tracking system, staying current on market trends, and attending professional development activities are also key aspects of this role. The Recruiter will actively participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects, and develop a personal time management plan.
