About The Position

Worldwide Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Physician/Advanced Practice Recruiter to work in their office located in Mesa, AZ. They are a Native-Veteran-owned Temporary Staffing agency with Prime Contracts for Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, and RNs to Indian Health and VA Hospitals across the United States. This is an in-office healthcare recruiting/phone sales position, not a remote position, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Requirements

1+ years of Physician recruitment or 2 years of previous RN recruiting experience

Responsibilities

Sourcing/Warm Calling Resumes and applicants from the website and database.
Proactively reaching out to identify and engage exceptional healthcare professionals.
Utilizing Email and Text marketing campaigns to source & recruit top-tier talent.
Guiding candidates through the recruitment journey, ensuring successful placements.
