About The Position

Meriton is a national team of experts driving HVAC innovation through a network of high-performing companies. From strategy and support to systems and solutions, we work behind the scenes to strengthen operations and build value—for our partners and our people. If you’re looking to make an impact, we’re glad you’re here. At Meriton, you’ll join a team that believes in big ideas, doing great work, and building careers that matter—every step of the way. This role owns full-cycle recruiting for Meriton’s national platform businesses, with a primary focus on parts, rental, and service technicians. The Recruiter partners with platform leaders, hiring managers, and the Talent Strategic Partner to develop recruiting strategies that address hiring demand across multiple locations and markets. The role maintains the flexibility to support operations and other requisitions as business needs evolve. Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting for parts, rental, service technicians, and related operational positions across assigned national platforms. This involves developing targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using industry networks, competitor research, employee referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand each business, market, and position to identify candidates with the appropriate industry knowledge, technical capabilities, sales experience, and cultural alignment. Additionally, the role provides flexible recruiting support for additional requisitions across the national platforms as hiring priorities and business needs change, applying a consistent full-cycle recruiting process while adapting sourcing channels, screening criteria, and candidate messaging to each role and market. Communication of requisition volume, pipeline challenges, and capacity concerns to the Talent Strategic Partner is crucial for effective prioritization and resource allocation. The role also involves full cycle execution including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates through the ATS, coordinating interview logistics, extending offers, and managing the offer-to-start handoff. Delivering a responsive, professional candidate experience and keeping hiring managers informed on pipeline status and market realities are key aspects of the role. The Recruiter will also hand off new hires to onboarding, including any trade-specific certification or licensing needs, and maintain accurate, up-to-date req and candidate status in the ATS.
