About The Position

We are seeking a Recruiter to support a major multi‑site manufacturing client. This is a fully virtual, W2 contract role. You must reside in the Central time zone. As a Frontline Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across 12 production locations, supporting approximately 75 open roles at any given time. These openings will be in various stages of the pipeline and range from entry‑level general labor to skilled trades positions. Our challenge to you: • Put People to Work! Accountabilities: Results & Strategy • Leverage knowledge of role design and the required competencies, skills and knowledge required for success to more effectively market, screen and present candidates to opportunities. • Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns. • Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities. People Leadership • Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies. Client & Candidate • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools texceptional for successful employment. • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience. Thought Leadership • Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms. Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for niche skilled trades within a manufacturer.
  • Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions.
  • Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations at one time.
  • Must reside in the Central time zone with the ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
