About The Position

This individual will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and Compliance and will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including full life cycle recruiting; coordinating entry into the organization; planning and execution of onboarding and training programs and other project and administrative work. Individual must have the ability to work in a confidential manner.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of clerical, and/or administrative responsibilities required.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with all levels of management
  • self-starting, motivated, and adapt to changing technology
  • should be proficient in a windows environment and Microsoft Office products
  • Good typing skills required
  • should have working knowledge of, facsimiles, email and copy machines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience required.
  • High degree of ethics and customer service skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Human Resources and/or Training departments, Equal Employment/Affirmative Action regulations, preferred.
