The Director of Learning and Development (L&D) is responsible for designing, leading, and supporting the execution of the organization’s overall learning strategy to build workforce capability, support leadership development, and drive business performance. This role oversees all training initiatives, professional and leadership development, performance management, instructional design and learning technologies to ensure employees have the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to achieve current and future organizational goals.
