As a Recruiter II, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our CarMax field teams. You will independently develop and execute recruiting strategies, partner with hiring managers, and guide candidates through a seamless hiring process. This role requires strong business partner management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating an iconic candidate experience while ensuring CarMax attracts top talent across multiple markets.
