About The Position

As a Recruiter II, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. This role involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. You will rely on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, leading and directing the work of others as needed. A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
  • Familiarity with recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience in high volume technical recruiting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and operate in a goal-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with technical SDE recruiting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems.
  • Ability to conduct Boolean searches.
  • Cold calling experience and scheduling phone screens.
  • Experience in tech industry recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates.
