About The Position

The Recruiter II is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, source, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The Recruiter II also contributes to process improvements and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
  • 3 - 5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to consult with hiring managers and influence decisions.
  • Skilled in networking and employer branding.
  • Proficiency with ATS and ERP systems; ability to leverage technology for scalable processes.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation strategies and market benchmarks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of candidate experience.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and decision-making.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, salary negotiations, and market conditions.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, ATS tools).
  • Coordinate position approvals and requisition reviews.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and partner with hiring managers to assess qualified candidates.
  • Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Create and manage candidate experience programs (e.g., welcome gifts, day-one kits, referral programs).
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet organizational staffing needs.
  • Build relationships with recruiting partners and manage vendor engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations (EEO, AA, pay equity, etc.).
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality).
  • Stay current on talent acquisition trends and recommend process improvements.
