The Recruiter II will report to the VP of Human Capital and among other duties will partner with business unit hiring managers or leadership to source and fill company positions. Job Duties: Attracts, evaluates and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, job fair Screen resumes and applications to ascertain fit and do phone screenings Schedule in person interviews for hiring managers when requested Sourcing and recruiting new employees for business units to fill open positions within 50 calendar days with quality candidates .Maintain quality of hire metric of 10% or less Take steps to ensure that Voluntary Attrition remains below 10%Work with technical schools, colleges to create relationships and attend job fairs May extend offers through the ATS system Other duties may apply and may change as needed for the business as this list is not all inclusive
