About The Position

This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing for operational and management roles, with a primary focus on Workplace Health and Safety positions within a centralized sourcing team for worldwide operations. The Recruiter II identifies, engages, and hires top talent by leveraging advanced Boolean search techniques, creative sourcing strategies, and strong talent acquisition practices. The role requires a seasoned recruiting professional who can work independently, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes while occasionally leading or directing the work of others.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, with a strong focus on talent acquisition for operational, management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments, managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Familiarity with a variety of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition.
  • Ability to rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish recruiting goals.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a wide degree of creativity and latitude in recruiting strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred and may be required for certain assignments.
  • 5–8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field is preferred for higher-level responsibilities.
  • Background in technical recruiting or technology-related roles is beneficial, as it often correlates with stronger sourcing capabilities.
  • Experience supporting Workplace Health and Safety or operational/management roles is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others, including mentoring or guiding junior recruiters or sourcers.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for operational and management roles, with a primary focus on Workplace Health and Safety positions across worldwide operations.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Use advanced Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines and identify hard-to-find candidates.
  • Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, update records, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and align recruiting efforts with business needs.
  • Apply extensive recruiting knowledge and judgment to plan and accomplish hiring goals, adapting strategies to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Lead and direct the work of others when needed, providing guidance and support to junior recruiters or sourcing partners.
  • Utilize a wide degree of creativity and latitude in sourcing and recruiting approaches to continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Report to a manager or department head while operating with a high level of autonomy in day-to-day recruiting activities.
