About The Position

The Recruiter I (GTM Sourcer VA) role focuses on high-volume recruiting for global sales and worldwide public sector teams, primarily supporting solutions architects and field sales professionals. You will manage a substantial requisition load, driving the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through candidate screening and assessments, and partnering closely with a recruiting lead for onsite interview and offer stages. This position requires strong sourcing expertise for highly cleared roles, excellent communication skills with senior leaders in government and corporate environments, and the ability to work independently within a globally dispersed team.

Requirements

  • 1.5–2+ years of recent recruiting experience, preferably in agency or corporate environments, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
  • Proven experience heavily using modern applicant tracking systems and AI-driven recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate management.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter as a primary sourcing and engagement platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to use an ATS for all candidate engagement, tracking candidate information from sourcing through offer and hire.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting for corporate-level roles, including sales and solutions architect positions.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with a globally dispersed team, maintaining strong virtual collaboration.
  • Track record of handling high-volume requisition loads while maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, including L7–L10 stakeholders.
  • Experience working with candidates and stakeholders in cleared and government-related environments.
  • Customer-obsessed approach to recruiting, focused on providing an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Demonstrated bias for action, consistently moving processes forward and overcoming obstacles to deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume requisition load of approximately 20–30 open roles at any given time, ensuring timely progress across all searches.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from initial intake with hiring managers through candidate screening, assessments, and progression to onsite interviews.
  • Source and engage top talent for solutions architect roles (L5–L7) and field sales roles (L4–L7), with a significant portion of positions requiring security clearances.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and clearance-focused platforms as primary sourcing tools, minimizing reliance on traditional job boards.
  • Use modern applicant tracking systems and in-house tools to manage all candidate engagement, maintain accurate records, and track progress from sourcing through hire.
  • Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and success profiles for each requisition.
  • Screen candidates for technical fit, sales acumen, and suitability for working in cleared and government-related environments.
  • Coordinate and administer applicable assessments, ensuring candidates have a clear understanding of expectations and timelines.
  • Provide candidates with clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about roles, compensation ranges, and hiring processes, particularly for senior and government-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with a recruiting lead, who will take over at the onsite and offer stages, while ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent candidate experience.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with senior leaders, including L7–L10 stakeholders, in both government and corporate settings.
  • Work independently within a globally dispersed recruiting team, maintaining strong virtual collaboration and proactive communication.
  • Handle corporate-level candidates and business partners with a customer-obsessed mindset, earning trust through reliability, transparency, and follow-through.
  • Demonstrate bias for action and the ability to move searches forward despite roadblocks, focusing on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
