Requirements

  • High‑volume recruiting or sourcing experience using phone, email, and text outreach.
  • Experience with ATS/CTS platforms for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of high‑volume recruiting experience, particularly supporting roles such as: Electrical Engineers Mechanical Engineers HVAC Technicians Electricians Engineering Technicians
  • Strong proficiency in ATS/CTS tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a variety of tech‑focused sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Experience juggling multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships at once.
  • Strong networking ability and a track record of identifying new sourcing channels.
  • Creative sourcing mindset and the ability to build innovative approaches for candidate generation.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates across a wide range of technical disciplines using diverse sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to design and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Clearly communicate sourcing plans, data insights, progress, and timelines—both verbally and in writing.
  • Move candidates quickly and efficiently through early interview stages, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • Support continuous improvement by refining sourcing workflows, optimizing processes, and increasing ROI while maintaining exceptional client and candidate experiences.
  • Operate with guidance from established processes and collaborate closely with your manager or supervisor.
