Solace is a healthcare advocacy marketplace that connects patients and families to experts who help them understand and take charge of their personal health About the Role We’re building a team of exceptional Recruiter I talent to help us scale our clinical hiring process. We’re primarily hiring RNs and will expand into other healthcare professions in the future. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role that sits at the very top of the funnel. You’ll be conducting up to 24 Zoom interviews per day with warm inbound candidates, assessing basic eligibility, and scheduling qualified individuals for next-step interviews with Senior Recruiters. This is not a traditional recruiting role. You’ll be qualifying warm leads and making a judgement call on whether or not they should move forward in the process. You’ll set the tone for every candidate’s first interaction with Solace and move with urgency to identify the right fit. About Solace Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken.
