Millennium Print Group (MPG) is looking for a Recruiter I to support full cycle recruiting for hourly and entry-level roles across departments such as Quality, Pressroom, and Maintenance. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience, support temporary-to-hire conversions, and help meet recruiting KPIs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Raleigh, NC (10900 World Trade Blvd) Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing coordination, or customer service
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); manufacturing recruiting exposure is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of hiring compliance and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for S1–S5 roles
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role needs and timelines
  • Manage job postings through the ATS and external job boards
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, debriefs, and hiring meetings
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS
  • Support hiring managers with pipeline updates, offer coordination, and compensation guidance
  • Oversee temporary-to-hire conversions and onboarding coordination
  • Conduct 30-day new hire check-ins to support early retention
  • Track and support recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
  • Maintain recruiting documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
