Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking talented recruiters to support the attraction and hiring of Amazon's future leaders at scale from student talent. The ideal candidate will be able to earn trust and influence key stakeholders autonomously, plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates within tight timelines, demonstrate a proven capacity to use metrics to drive and showcase results, and remain calm in high-volume, ambiguous environments. Thriving in a fast-paced setting and excelling at problem-solving will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and the centralized Amazon University Talent Acquisition program teams.
