About The Position

We are looking for a "hyper-agile" recruiter who prioritizes haste without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be a decisive advisor—not an order-taker—who understands how to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while hitting aggressive volume targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (Non-Tech).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding defined monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Seeking long-term fits; please avoid career contractors or resumes with frequent, short-term "jumps."
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an advisory mindset. Candidates must act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who confidently consult and guide Hiring Managers.
  • Must thrive in a high-haste, fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely organized self-starters who can manage their desk and time with minimal direction.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring

  • A NON-tech background is preferred
  • Operations background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30+)
  • Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening
  • Stakeholder management; someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understand charters/challenges, etc.
