About The Position

The HR Generalist & Recruiter is responsible for owning the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting core HR functions across the organization. This role exists to source, attract, and hire top talent across all levels, including executive and campus recruitment, while ensuring a seamless, compliant hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The position partners closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, deliver strategic talent solutions, and build a diverse workforce aligned with company growth. The primary focus of this role is recruiting, with secondary responsibilities as an HR Generalist.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, particularly in technical recruiting or internal recruiting environments.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems such as Paychex.
  • Knowledge of employment and labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple open positions simultaneously.

  • Experience with executive recruitment and campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Familiarity with sales principles and relationship management techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and build effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience using social media management tools for recruiting and employer branding.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through onboarding of new hires.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, partnering with hiring managers on staffing needs and final selection.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with selected candidates while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, cold outreach, and lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and provide strategic talent management guidance.
  • Implement innovative recruiting strategies to build pipelines across various levels of the organization, including executive and campus hires.
  • Participate in campus recruitment events and other talent attraction initiatives to engage emerging talent.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accurate documentation, candidate communication, and reporting in the ATS.
