About The Position

As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for MyHR, LLC. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and managing the recruitment process and placements. Your expertise in driving sales as a full desk recruiter will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years at a Staffing Agency with experience in full-cycle recruiting and new client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates alike.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a track record of success in new business development.
  • Knowledge of staffing software and systems (HubSpot, Apollo io and Applicant Tracking Systems like SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Professional are a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients across multiple channels.
  • Utilize your hunter mindset to initiate contact through cold calling, onsite direct sales, networking, and attending industry conferences and events to build a pipeline of new clients.
  • Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and agreements to prospective clients, showcasing our direct-hire, staffing, and HR solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Stay in close contact with clients to update them on hiring progress and discuss new staffing needs.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and business growth. Ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, job fairs, and community events to generate new leads and increase the company’s presence within the staffing industry.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales progress and client activity, ensuring key metrics are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct client intake meetings to assess hiring needs, develop qualification criteria for candidates, and set timelines for recruitment processes. Maintain regular communication regarding hiring status and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the Job Posts, Screen resumes, interview candidates, and match them to suitable job opportunities within your clients’ organizations. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
