About The Position

We are seeking Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team to support finance roles for our Gallagher Bassett team. As a valued member of our corporate recruiting team, your main focus will be to deeply understand the business needs and customize search strategies to successfully source and present highly qualified candidates. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a warm and collaborative team that is dedicated to providing you with the best tools, resources, and support to help you thrive and advance in your career. This position is a partially remote role with some meetings held in the Rolling Meadows corporate office.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant recruiting experience full cycle
  • Minimum 2 years working with Recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM)
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation and optimization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Proven candidate sourcing techniques, including ATS tools and recruitment technologies to actively engage passive talent
  • Craft personalized job advertisements and use recruitment marketing tools strategically to optimize role visibility and attract top-tier candidates
  • Proficient in negotiating candidate offers, ensuring successful placement and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Demonstrated prowess in sales, adept at promoting both job opportunities and organizational culture to prospective candidates
  • Tailored recruiting strategies to meet Gallagher Bassett's specific business needs, delivering targeted candidate presentations
  • Manage a requisition load, conduct interviews and support the other recruiters when needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business you are supporting
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, encouraging meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
