About The Position

This full-time Recruiter position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of hardware engineering candidates for nuclear, energy, space, and aerospace clients nationwide. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers, conducting reference checks, and facilitating compliance and onboarding. The Recruiter will also build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals, stay current on industry trends and legal requirements, manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and attend internal and client meetings. The individual is expected to meet or exceed individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, proactively sourcing passive talent, building targeted outbound messaging campaigns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients quickly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in hardware engineering, nuclear, aerospace or space recruiting is a plus
  • Understanding of the use of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. is preferred
  • Experience with Target Recruit (Salesforce) is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of hardware engineering candidates for nuclear, energy, space and aerospace clients nationwide
  • Collaborate with the hiring managers to better understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and provide feedback to both parties
  • Negotiate job offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate compliance and onboarding as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements as they relate to recruitment and employment
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Responsible for attending internal and client meetings
  • Must be able to meet or exceed individual as well as team goals
