This full-time Recruiter position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of hardware engineering candidates for nuclear, energy, space, and aerospace clients nationwide. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers, conducting reference checks, and facilitating compliance and onboarding. The Recruiter will also build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals, stay current on industry trends and legal requirements, manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and attend internal and client meetings. The individual is expected to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
