Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand computer programs, vendor management and applicant tracking programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a team player and support the team vision
  • Ability to travel as needed and flexible work hours to accommodate customers nationwide

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years overall engineering experience with an emphasis in recruitment
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the Staffing Industry, to include contract labor and DoD specific job roles

Responsibilities

  • Play an active role in sourcing and establishing, developing, and engaging with talent pipelines using creative and structured approaches
  • Continual strategizing with the Business Partner in identifying qualified candidates
  • Create and ensure positive experiences for candidates
  • Formulate recruiting strategies by translating engineering requirements into sourcing strategies/plans and executing against those plans
  • Continually innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open position requirements
  • Qualify and present potential candidate resumes to clients through approved channels with the goal of adding value to the selection process
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities in Moseley’s Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS, to ensure compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain timely and effective communications with all partners throughout the recruiting process, including communication with candidates
