About The Position
Coastal Harbor Health System is comprised of a 145-bed hospital for children and adolescents, providing both short- and long-term inpatient care, and a 50-bed inpatient hospital serving men and women, ages 18 and up. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred
Nice To Haves
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evidence based activity therapy groups for behavioral health patients
- Conduct assessments for newly admitted patients
- Timely and accurate documentation of all therapeutic interventions for patients
- Planning and facilitating seasonal and special events for patients
- Clerical and administrative tasks regarding patient medical records
