About The Position
The primary purpose of the Recreational Therapist position is to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to adult patients. The Recreational Therapist will evaluate referred patients, to implement and administer a comprehensive therapeutic intervention.
Requirements
- Therapeutic Recreation Specialist Certification or must obtain within twelve (12) months of employment.
- BLS for the Healthcare Provider or must obtain within six (6) months of employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to adult patients.
- Evaluate referred patients.
- Implement and administer a comprehensive therapeutic intervention.
