Recreational Gymnastics Instructor
About The Position
Inclusion Sports Performance Training is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as Recreational Gymnastics Instructors. The role involves creating a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment for gymnasts to learn, grow, and build confidence. Instructors will lead engaging gymnastics activities, helping students develop skills, coordination, strength, confidence, and a love for movement. The program caters to levels from Preschool through Advanced, with the greatest need for instructors in the Preschool and Beginner programs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with children and fostering an environment where every athlete feels supported, successful, and included. The program emphasizes building confidence, independence, friendships, and a lifelong love of movement through gymnastics.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, motivated, dependable, patient, and eager to learn.
- Ability to create a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment.
- Willingness to work weekday afternoon/evening and weekend morning/afternoon shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Gymnastics experience is a plus.
- Experience working with children.
