Recreational Coordinator

Tri-City United Soccer ClubFargo, ND
Onsite

About The Position

TCU is seeking one Recreational Coordinator for each recreational site. Each coordinator will serve as the primary on-site representative for their assigned location throughout the season. The most important responsibility of this role is building strong relationships with every recreational coach at your site. Coordinators should be a familiar, approachable, and reliable resource that coaches know by name and feel comfortable reaching out to for support. Once those coach relationships are established, coordinators are expected to build positive relationships with players and families as well. By being visible, engaged, and approachable, Recreational Coordinators help create a welcoming environment where coaches, players, and families feel supported throughout the season. While site operations and facility management are essential, creating a positive experience for everyone at your site is the foundation of this position.
