About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Recreation Worker at Jones Academy. The role involves overseeing the monitoring, implementing, and guidance of the physical education program for elementary students. The position reports to the principal. The schedule is 12:30pm - 9:00pm Tuesday-Thursday and 2:30pm-11:00pm Friday and Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. A CDL is preferred, and if not currently obtained, must be obtained within the first 120 days of employment. Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.

Responsibilities
- Oversee elementary students during gym time.
- Plan structured PE activities according to group needs.
- Assist classroom teachers, according to schedule, in all aspects of education for the students.
- Help monitor students on field trips and during testing.
- Keep the gym and classroom clean and presentable.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
