About The Position

Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa is looking for a Recreation Supervisor who brings energy, flexibility, and a guest-first mindset to our poolside activities, special events, and seasonal resort programming. Responsibilities

• Create engaging guest experiences by planning and leading recreational activities.
• Support events and high-energy moments by pitching in during poolside activations, special events, and peak periods.
• Keep guests safe and informed by monitoring activity areas and enforcing safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively across departments to support recreation team members and partner with Food & Beverage and Banquets.
• Adapt with the seasons by assisting with banquet events, restaurant operations, or other departments when outdoor and pool activity slows.
• Maintain guest-ready spaces by ensuring recreation areas and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use.
