Under the general supervision of the Parks & Recreation Director or designee, this position is responsible for conducting programs and coordinating activities, primarily assigned to the Onalaska Dash Center. The role involves developing and implementing program structure, coordinating program leaders and instructors, developing tryout and practice plans, and evaluating participant skills. This position also handles program materials, equipment, incident reporting, and communication with participants and staff. Additionally, it involves supervising seasonal and part-time staff, resolving conflicts, assisting with special events and office projects, and performing other duties as requested.
