About The Position
The Recreation Rehab Assistant (DSA III) is a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team and serves as the Liaison between the treatment team, Rehab Services Dept., and unit staff. They conduct Rehab Assessments, incorporate needs and interests into the treatment plan, and coordinate referrals for therapeutic interventions.
Requirements
- Experience providing recreational or therapeutic activity services
- Driver’s license
