About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Recreation/Pool Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will support daily operations across our recreational facilities, including pools, the Recreation Center, and outdoor activity areas. You will play a key part in creating a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment while delivering excellent guest service. Ideal candidates are energetic, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.
Requirements
- Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities
- Monitor pool areas and recreational facilities to ensure guest safety and adherence to all rules and regulations
- Provide friendly, attentive service by assisting guests with questions, activities, and equipment needs
- Set up, organize, and break down daily activities and recreational programs
- Distribute, collect, and sanitize recreational equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all recreation areas, including pools, Rec Center, and outdoor spaces
- Enforce safety policies and promptly report any incidents or concerns to management
- Assist with making court reservations for guests
- Communicate supply needs and assist with restocking inventory
- Answer phone calls
- Maintain a thorough understanding of resort hours of operation, amenities, and offerings
