Oversee the operation of all Recreation facilities and amenities. Manage and lead within the department and coordinate group recreation events.

Requirements

• Degree in Recreation, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory position.
• Able to become certified in basic CPR and First Aid.
• Basic computer skills for payroll, ordering and other administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Assistant Recreation Manager, Supervisor, Attendants, Camp Omni counselors, and interns.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Ensure Recreation facility is kept clean and properly maintained.
• Carry out duties as they relate to: scheduling, payroll, recruiting, training, financials, MOS, inventories, ordering, safety procedures and implementing Omni culture in Recreation Associates.
• Implementation and facilitation of Recreation activities, programs and events.
